Pleasers of God

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Proverbs 3:5,6

When God is asking us to trust Him with all we are, that’s because He is strong and able to carry all we are. As we are seeking God in all that we do, that’s a reflection of lives that want to please Him and that realise God has all the answers.

There is God’s ultimate will and God’s permissible will. God knows the path and each one of us sure want to be in God’s ultimate will, praise Jesus. It probably isn’t that good to be people pleasers much, it sure is good to be God pleasers.

Lord, you are my God. Help me not lean on my understanding, to lean toward you every day. Teach me to seek you at every turn in life.
